Blimey, you don’t wanna piss this lady off

Ending a relationship is never easy. I remember when I said goodbye to my old car, it was like the end of an era, but it had to happen.. especially after I’d parked it under that Range Rover.

Anyhoo.. this lady decided to get drunk and drive her car into her ex’s workplace.. y’know, as you do. She got a suspended sentence, but as a parent I dread to think what would’ve happened if kids had been running about near the entrance.

Knight Rider, remixed

And today on my random playlist of tunes, it’s Punjabi MC. I’m starting to think that I’ve got a really weird musical taste, but I love the fact that it’s mixed on the original Knight Rider tune.

Google Glass. The promo and the truth.. :)

Google showed us all their new idea this week. Glasses with a Head Up Display. Good idea huh? Seems fine, and the Google video makes it look so good…

Now, I think in real life, things might go a little more like this..

Picking up your new car? I bet the garage isn’t like this

Crickey. Did I dream this ? VW have a pretty insane collection centre here. Most owners in Germany collect their VW from these “towers”. Just watch the bloody thing!

Titanic in film and on TV

There’s one thing that strikes me about the new ITV1 drama – Titanic. It’s not the storyline, the characters or the cost. It just shows how much we’ve all changed.

If you went to see the original Titanic Movie in 1997 then you may remember sitting in the cinema and hearing audible gasps from the audience when the Titanic first appeared on screen. A computer, or bank of computers, had generated that ship and brought it to life again. We saw the ship in dock and sailing across the ocean. It was stunning. We saw people walking on it, we saw water splashing along it.. we were amazed.

Then… fast forward to today. We see even better graphics. We see the ship looking even more real. We see smoke, we see the ship and cars on the dock. But, we’ve become so blasé about it all. It’s so matter of fact now. You almost sit there and think “Yeah, yeah, it’s the Titanic, get to the next scene”…

Summing up this week nicely..

Excellent stuff which, of course, relates to this week of Government insanity.

Perhaps the best video on YouTube, ever

So, I was Googling for classic Ibiza tunes but, somehow, got this.

I don’t know what it is about this video. It draws you in. Some of you in the UK might remember “raving” or clubbing through the ’90′s. Some footage of that can be found on YouTube no doubt, but even if you found some well-lit footage I doubt it would be near this ..err… “standard”.

Perhaps it’s the dancing, or the fact that the music is quieter than people’s voices..

Perhaps it’s the clothes – they get weirder as the video goes on…. There’s a girl dressed as an airline pilot, I swear it..

Either way, soak it up – this is epic…

Petrol PANIC!!!

OK, so what’s happening ? To me it looks like the Government has “accidentally-on-purpose” told everyone to “take precautions”. This, in my opinion, is to stop the unions from getting any support from the public.

Either way, it’s led to utter idiots queuing at the petrol stations just to get small amount of fuel.

There is no strike, the Union hasn’t even said it will strike and if they do they have to give 7 days notice.

THE. F******G. END.
